𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦

Iniciamos una serie de publicaciones en las que compartiremos información y detalles sobre el track de The Capitals.

1⃣ En esta primera publicación empezamos por el primer tramo del recorrido.

La salida de Barcelona se realiza prácticamente a la hora del amanecer.🌅 El track nos lleva por Montjuic dejando unas vistas aéreas de la zona portuaria⛵ y una panorámica de la ciudad. 🌆

Después de pasar por el estadio olímpico🏟 el track se dirige hacia el río Llobregat que nos permitirá salir del área metropolitana por pistas en buen estado, anchas y rápidas. 🚴‍♂️💨

Tras cruzar el pont del diable, (de origen Romano 🧮) nos dirigiremos hacia la zona vinícola del Penedés. 🍇

En este tramo pedalearemos entre viñas y cruzaremos pueblos y bodegas.🍷🍾

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦

We begin a series of posts in which we will share information and details about The Capitals track.

1⃣ In this first publication we start with the first part of the route.

The departure from Barcelona takes place almost at dawn.🌅 The track takes us through Montjuic leaving some aerial views of the port⛵ area and a panoramic view of the city. 🌆

After passing the Olympic stadium,🏟 the track heads towards the Llobregat river, which will allow us to leave the metropolitan area on good, wide and fast tracks. 🚴‍♂️💨

After crossing the Pont del Diable (of Roman origin 🧮) we will head towards the Penedès wine-growing area. 🍇

In this section we will cycle through vineyards and cross villages and wineries.🍷🍾

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦, from the very beginning, was an event conceived to enjoy nature and experience a great trip while cycling.🚴‍♂️

Sometimes you will enjoy the solitude, sometimes you will enjoy the company of other people.

🏡The route allows you to cycle through very diverse areas, different climate, different and authentic villages and inhabitants.

There will be several times when your plans may not go as planned, but that is the essence of it.

🤹You will have to know how to adapt and manage in the best possible way everything that happens to you, to be able to complete the tour in the almost 6 ⏳days available to do it.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦, desde el primer momento, fue un evento concebido para disfrutar de la naturaleza y experimentar un gran viaje mientras pedaleas.🚴‍♂️

En algunas ocasiones disfrutarás de la soledad, en otras de la compañía de otras personas.

🏡El recorrido permite pedalear por zonas muy diversas, diferente climatología, pueblos y habitantes distintos y auténticos.

Serán varias las veces en las que quizás tus planes no van a salir como tenías planeado, pero esa es la esencia.

🤹Tendrás que saber adaptarte y gestionar de la mejor manera posible todo lo que te va sucediendo, para poder completar el recorrido en los casi 6 días ⏳disponibles para hacerlo.

¿𝗧𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔 𝗘𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣?

Desde las primeras ediciones hemos ofrecido tiempos de corte en la línea de llegada que permiten completar el recorrido realizando paradas, más largas que simples siestas de 12 minutos.😴😵

Los tiempos igualmente están planteados para que, pese a poder realizar paradas, tengas que hacer una buena gestión del tiempo si no quieres llegar fuera del límite.⏳

Para que te puedas hacer una idea, en The Capitals en la pasada edición hubo participantes que durmieron 4 noches de los cinco días y medio que dura el reto. Y en Madrid to Barcelona hubo personas que durmieron las 2 noches varias horas. 🏕🏨

Por supuesto siempre va a haber participantes que con poquísimas y breves paradas completen el recorrido.🚴‍♂️💨

𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨?

Since the first editions we have offered cut-off times at the finish line that allow the route to be completed by making stops that are longer than simple power naps.😴😵

The times are also planned so that despite being able to make stops you have that factor of good time management if you do not want to arrive out of time.⏳

So that you can get an idea at The Capitals, in the last edition there were participants who slept 4 nights of the five and a half days that the challenge lasted. And in Madrid to Barcelona who slept for a few hours both nights. 🏕🏨

On our website, in the more information section, you will find some of these rest/route information proposals. 📝📊

Of course, there will always be participants who complete the route with very few and brief stops.🚴‍♂️💨

If we like something, it is being able to offer both options for your enjoyment.😊
