Rules

It is a unsupported event, therefore it can only be carried out with the bicycle itself and the material itself. Any programmed outside help is not allowed.

Each participant must take care of bringing their food and drink for the journey. We recommend studying the route and the distances between towns before the adventure.

Each participant must stamp their Checkpoints Card at the established control points, if closed, the participant must take a photo where the person appears, a recognizable point of the Checkpoint, the time and the day.

To end the adventure correctly, the participant must have all the Checkpoint stamps and finish the tour in less than 50 hours.

The event will be held with open traffic and each participant must commit to driving honestly according to traffic regulations.

Each participant must complete the entire route, however detours may be taken for any need, as long as the route is resumed from the same point that had been abandoned.

The following material will be mandatory to participate: helmet, thermal blanket, front light and rear light and reflective vest during the hours of less light (dusk, night and dawn).

To contribute to a minimum environmental impact of the event, participants will refrain from throwing any inorganic material onto the road during the course. The environment must be the same or better than before it happened.

In case of abandonment, the same participant is responsible for: notifying the organization, finding the best combination to reach the desired point and returning the Geolocator.

The organization will send the track to each participant, prior to the event. Is recommended to review the track before the day of the event

Each participant will have a Geolocator, its function is to control the participant’s situation at all times, either for their safety or for the control of the completion of the established route. The Geolocator must be returned at the end of the route.

The organization has civil liability insurance according to current legislation. Each participant will also have a day accident insurance contracted by the organization.This insurance will cover the following points:
- Unlimited health care for sports accidents in Spanish territory.
- Disability according to scale due to sports accident of up to €12,000.
- Death due to sports accident up to €6,000.

In case of extraordinary weather conditions or force majeure not attributable to the organization and that make it impossible to hold the event, the organization will not assume any responsibility and will not make any refund of the registration fee.

Cancellation Insurance is available for all the participants, the price will be 25€ and it can be used up to 30 days before the event, making it possible to refund 100% of the registration. (Does not include extra services such as accommodation and merchandising)

The participant, by registering, gives their consent for the Club Esportiu Wefeel by itself or through third parties, to automatically process and exclusively for sports, promotional or commercial purposes, their personal data. In accordance with that established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data, the participant has the right to access these files in order to rectify or cancel all or part of their content. . To do so, you have to request it by email to info@pedalma.cc. Likewise, and in accordance with the sports interests of promotion and exploitation of the event around the world (reproduction of photographs of the circuit, broadcast of videos, publication of classifications, etc.), through any device (television, Internet, graphic advertising , etc.) and without a time limit, the registrants expressly grant the organization the right to reproduce their name and surname, the place obtained in the classification, their photographs and their videos.

Each participant, by registering for the event, accepts its particular regulations.
